I rely on long-term relationships that often grow into friendships. Of course, I could do without them, but it’s not the same. Their advantage is that the longer I work with a client, the more transparent and easier our cooperation becomes.
I meet companies and their teams not only in their offices but also at industry fairs and conferences. I attend these events not just for networking but also to gain up-to-date knowledge and insights into the industry and its issues. My goal is to be an equal partner to both clients and candidates, offering added value through my comprehensive approach to the matters at hand.
We take a very humble approach to the opportunity to choose companies in a wide variety of sectors and industries with whom it makes sense for us to work. We prefer partnerships based on mutual respect and trust. In practice, this often means that I can communicate not only with the HR department but also directly with hiring managers, i.e., the future bosses of the candidates we recommend.
“It makes me happy to connect talented people with interesting companies.”
I try to stay informed about what is happening not only in our country but also in the world. I am interested in new trends and the latest technologies, and I enjoy the environment in which I live.
Even though I am not a native Prague resident, I enjoy watching how the face of our metropolis is changing. I am happy to see how Prague is developing, becoming a healthier, more competitive, and richer city. I appreciate quality and interesting buildings. The issue of architecture and urban planning is certainly not indifferent to me.
In my spare time, I play hockey competitively, although only at an amateur level, which I have been doing since I was a kid. I also like to play tennis, in which I am an eternal beginner.
