OUR STORY

A company with a boutique approach

After almost five years of successful operation within a large recruitment agency, we have decided to go independent and set up our own boutique recruitment firm in 2021.

This decision was motivated by our desire to be closer to our clients and candidates, and thus be able to build deeper and more lasting relationships with their needs in mind. Gaining this autonomy has given us the opportunity to be more creative and have greater flexibility in providing a tailored service.

We want to provide a higher level of care and personalized service to clients and candidates, which requires each consultant to work in fewer positions.

Our priority is to prioritize quality over quantity and we believe this philosophy is what allows us to achieve effective results.
